On Monday's "The Extra", as part of Black History Month, host Shannon Brinias spoke with Rodney Gullatte, CEO of IT Firma Solutions about his leadership of the Colorado Springs Black Chamber of Commers (CSBCC) and how it promotes the growth and development of Black and minority-owned businesses in El Paso and Teller County.
