Lets make it real. 

As moms we don’t always have the time for a 90 minute workout or for luxurious self care practices but that doesn’t mean we can’t take care of ourselves. 

 

 In todays episode we talk about self care for moms and how to make it real. 

 

Josefina Eliggi is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200+) specializing in yoga before, after and beyond birth. She grew up in Argentina and moved to Switzerland in 2011. She is passionate about helping women welcome the changes that occur during pregnancy, navigate the first months after birth and rediscover themselves in their new role as mothers while continuing to pursue their goals and aspirations.
