I met Jennifer Simons for the first time at a Whole Foods in Las Vegas, NV. Both of us are Michigan natives (aka Mitten Sisters) yet we were living in Las Vegas and had completed the curriculum from Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to become certified holistic health counselors. Jennifer is an intuitive healer, a licensed massage therapist, kettlebell coach, travel connoisseur, essential oil mixologist and lives a vegan lifestyle with love, compassion and patience as her foundation. She manifests what she wants and has traveled to many far flung parts of our planet, often alone. Today she's on the podcast to discuss self0care, her journey with travel and manifestation along with the reminder that self-care is not a luxury, rather, it is a necessity.
