Why Can’t I Let Go?

The question I hear more than anything else from Clients I work with is “Why Can’t I Let Go?”  A toxic relationship has fallen apart and you are left in the worst pain of your life and yet you are still wishing it could have turned out differently.  You wish he or she wouldn’t have treated you the way they did.  You wish they had been different.  You wish you could get the person you had in the beginning, back.  You wish you could get yourself back.  You may find yourself obsessing about what went wrong and stuck in a world of negativity and dark imaginings.  Some of you may even feel your life is over and no longer have a desire to go on.  You find yourself holding onto the past as if it was the only thing left in your life. In this episode of Pandora’s Box we are going to talk about what keeps you holding on and how you can let go of relationships that are no longer bringing you love, peace and joy or that never did bring you love peace and joy.
