Romans: Governments and Godliness @Night

In Romans 12 Paul had just finished talking about the relationship between good and evil and the triumph of choosing submission to the authority of God in the matter of revenge, “leaving room for God’s wrath.” Here in Chapter 13 he’ll follow through with the idea of delegated authority as he thinks about earthly power and rulers.
