Welcome to This Week in Heartlanders Hockey with Minor League Sports Report's Rob Pannier. This Week in Heartlanders Hockey provides fans with information, recaps, analysis and interviews from the ECHL's newest and most exciting team - the Iowa Heartlanders.

In this week's episode, the voice of the Wheeling Nailers, DJ Abisalih, returns to talk about the identity of the Nailers, who Heartlanders fans should watch for, and what he expects from Wheeling moving forward. Brandon Frantz joins the show to discuss a fan's perspective on how the Heartlanders are performing and what he looks forward to over the remaining months. 

Plus, Kevin Luckow returns after being out for a few weeks to discuss what is going on with the Iowa Wild and the Minnesota Wild, as well as his thoughts on what lies ahead this week for the Iowa Heartlanders. This and Rob honors Jake Smith as Inglasco ECHL Player of the Week.
