She teaches how the mind works & how to be in the moment.

Originally from Granard, Eilish qualified as an Accountant and worked in Dublin before meeting her husband, moving to Kilbeggan and raising her family.

Life kept showing her that while she was good at her accounting job there was another path for her. She was guided to Mindfulness, which she now teaches & is a regular on Athlone Community.

Eilish is also a Reiki Healer.

Now

Back in the past and there to stay
Is 24 hours called Yesterday
A History of moments living how I knew
Accepting them as I moved through
It cannot change or be flexible but
There are lessons to learn where possible

In the future not available to borrow
Is 24 hours called Tomorrow
A Mystery to be the best of me
Allowing what will be will be so
Here to the times ahead and
With hope welcome where I thread

All that remains here on display
Is 24 hours called Today
This Present moment is a gift in essence
Because of living in the mindful presence
So past and future to you I bow
I have control you won't steal now
