I love standing at the Arrivals Gate at airports. I watch as people wait in anticipation for their person to come out. Wait, wait, wait…there they are! Seeing the joy as they run to each other and hug and laugh and celebrate being together again brings tears to my eyes every time. There’s something about being totally wanted, and delighted in, that just makes us feel good right down deep in our heart. Let yourself go there for a moment. You are totally loved. Adored. Delighted in. And cherished.
