This week on 2Legs we were delighted to have back Mr. Eoghan Lyng (Author: George Harrison in the 1970s, U2onTrack) and contributor to publications Culture Sonar, Penny Black Music and Far Out Magazine for Part II of our "Deep Dive" on the Paul & George relationship. This installment centres on the years 1976 to 1981.
While not a prolific period of trading barbs between the two but there are some nice quotes from the pair during this interval. We discuss among other topics, the 1978 Rutles Film All You Need Is Cash and Paul's response to it, Ringo's wedding and working together in 1981 for 'All Those Years Ago'. Eoghan also recently interviewed Genesis Guitarist Steve Hackett. (Link Below)
We definitely have enough "legs" for a part 3 as we progress through the 1980s. Thanks Eoghan for coming on our show again!
