Market Close 28 Apr 22: Aussie shares snap 3-day losing streak

The Australian sharemarket rose by 1.3%, snapping a 3-day (4.3%) losing streak for the ASX 200. While most sectors advanced, it was the mining sector that drove the index higher. AMP rose most after selling its international infrastructure equity business.
