EP 341 Ladies of the Watch: Back again. Crossing the US/Prepping from Scratch

Prepping from scratch...where do we begin?  I drove  across the US and this is what I have learned....we aren't as prepared as we thought we were in a SHTF situation..no, not preps but territory....call in and throw me your two cents.
