This episode is all about learning to listen to and trust your body and your gut instincts and intuitions.

It also goes through the warning signs that different systems of your body give you to let you know that something is wrong (or about to go wrong).

Whether it's chest pain or heart palpitations, chronic heartburn or a chronic cough, a rash or skin infection that won't go away on its own, an increase in having to go to the bathroom or chronic diarrhea, or chronic tension headaches or migraines, learn to listen to your body.

Because of the availability of over the counter (OTC) medications, many people these days don't really listen to or pay attention to the warning signs from their bodies. And, often, people will medicate a symptom with an OTC medication or remedy (i.e., like taking BC Powder for chronic headaches or muscle aches) that leads to another issue (in the case of BC Powder, gastric ulcers).

If you don't learn to listen and pay attention to the messages that your body's organs and tissues are trying to send you, then you could be ignoring a pending heart attack or stroke.

Tune into this episode to learn how to listen to your body, your organ systems, your gut instincts and your intuition. After all, the relationship that you have with your body is the longest one that you have. If you don't trust and listen to it, then who and what can you trust.

Learn to Trust Your Body!  It's the only one that you have, and it's your oldest relationship!
