Chris discusses how ways people are raised by their parents, identifying as masculine or feminine, and where you grew up can affect their approach to relationships and how as a coach he helps people work through any intrinsic barriers. Chris also discusses the concepts of independence, codependency, and how people can learn to tune out the judgements of others to focus on their happiest self, leading to better relationships and maybe even a changed life.
