Matthew Norton has been a business owner and leader since 1983. He’s an expert in human behaviour and helps people understand how and why they do what they do. His lifelong passion is providing insights and strategies that guide people to fulfill their purpose and achieve the success they’re seeking in themselves and the people they hire.
He is the creator of numerous innovative assessments that provide unique insights into people’s key strengths and signature styles, leading to improved interpersonal understanding, communication and collaboration. The strategic applications of these assessments result in improved relationship dynamics as well as business breakthroughs achieved by optimizing leaders and their teams.
He is the founder/owner of PeoplePlusPurpose.com and, more recently, the People Plus Purpose Coach Certification Training Program to equip and empower an army of coaches to facilitate high-level personalized business and life breakthroughs.
Matthew lives in La Mesa with his wife and best friend, Judy. They’ve been married since 1988 and have five children and seven grandchildren through a very complicated blended family.
