A Superficial Thanksgiving (Luke 18:9-14)

It is quite fitting for us to celebrate a National Day of Thanksgiving!  For many, it will indeed be a time of praise while for others a pretext to something else.  For many, it will indeed be a spiritual time while for others a superficial time.  One of Jesus' most well-known parables, found in Luke 18, warns us of that danger; Thanksgiving as little more than pretext to something else; Thanksgiving as superficial vs. spiritual.  Grab your Bible and listen in as Pastor Buffy Cook preaches on "A Superficial Thanksgiving," all the while asking yourself, who am I - The Pharisee or The Publican?!
