Academic Citizen: Contributing to the Common Good

Citizenship involves acting in ways that advance the common good. It's about being community-minded, convivial, loyal, and service-oriented.  Citizenship within many colleges and universities has been slowly eroded and devalued in favor of individual achievement.  In this episode, we explore the essential elements of academic citizenship and how to create a culture where contributing to the common good is the norm.
