The "words of creation" can be used to manifest a change in your life; by saying "I am beautiful," "I am kind," or "I am generous," you gradually shift your thoughts about yourself, and your words being to ring true. The power of "I am" when used affirmatively can create a more kind, loving, and confident you.

It's important to remember that even the most fleeting or seemingly inconsequential words carry weight and can influence your life. By accepting that we have created our current reality, we can unlock the pathway to change. We also discuss why acceptance is key to transformation and growth, only then can you begin to change the things you truly want to.
