Starting Therapy | Faith Freed, LMFT

A licensed psychotherapist (MFT) with two M.A. degrees, Faith started seeing clients in her  San Francisco Bay Area office in 2009, and has recently transitioned to a new Santa Barbara practice.  Prior to pursuing her professional passion, Faith was an advertising writer at several San Francisco ad agencies. She has trained at the University of Texas in Austin as well as The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto. She’s also the mother of 2 children and the published author of a personal development/spiritual book,  as well as her recently published book, Starting Therapy: A Guide to Getting Ready, Feeling Informed, and Gaining the Most from Your Sessions. Her official credentials, as well as her life experience and street cred, give her a unique ability to understand and help you gain clarity, peace, and more of what you want in life. Her specialties include personal growth, creativity, love, spirituality, anxiety and EMDR.
