Glen David Gold is a writer who has received great acclaim for his two historical novels, Carter Beats the Devil and Sunnyside. Earlier this year he published a memoir, I Will Be Complete which chronicles his unusual upbringing, his search for family, and the life-long difficulty of maintaining a relationship with his mother.
