Baltimore District in the Philadelphia and Baltimore Conference of the
A.ME. Zion Church. She serves the largest District within the Mid-
Atlantic Episcopal District with 19 churches. She is also the former
Presiding Elder of the Kingstown District in St. Vincent and the
Grenadines.
