The Phoenix - This dark roast, single origin coffee complements your morning perfectly. The beans that make up this legendary roast come to us from our incredible partners at Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union in Ethiopia. A group that was formed in 2001 but today represents roughly 85,000 small-scale farmers.  With notes of dark chocolate and flamed orange zest, this coffee will have your palate soaring to unimaginable heights. This was the first coffee I ever tried from Just Coffee Coop and it’s been one of my top favorites from them.

Harvest Moon is the 19th studio album by Canadian musician Neil Young, released on November 2, 1992 on Reprise Records. Harvest Moon was produced by Neil Young and Ben Keith. Many of its backing musicians also appeared on Young's 1972 album Harvest. I remember when this album came out and I also remember when they played the track Harvest Moon and From Hank to Hendrix on Saturday Night Live back in 1992.
