Agriculture In-depth-- 76 years of racing horses in Fort Pierre, SD

The Verendrye Benovolent Association will host its 76th annual horse races Oct. 5 and 6, 2024, at the Stanley County Fairgrounds in Fort Pierre. VBA member and Track Manager Shane Kramme says it’ll be another showcase of the horse racing talent that’s raised in and around South Dakota.

This (2024) will be the 76th year of horse races being held in Fort Pierre.
