I'm joined today by Kelly Shaefer, vocalist and founder of legendary OG technical metal pioneers Atheist as well as the newly formed cross-genre metal band Till The Dirt. Kelly and I had a blast talking about the early days of the scene, the evolution of Atheist, and the status of the long-ago-confirmed new Atheist material. We also did a deep-dive into his newest project, Till The Dirt, and play an early-access demo track of one of the songs from their upcoming debut album.
