We begin this week by looking at the time between the split of the kingdoms all the way through the conquering of the southern kingdom as well as get a reminder that this area of the bible is not completely chronological and more about different perspectives. Then, using Jeremiah as an example, Dr. David Bruner shows us how God used prophets to both try and guide and advise the Hebrew people and kings alike, and how complacency may have been the ultimate unraveling of the line of kings in Jerusalem.
