EP24// Purposeful Parenting: Allowance And Chores And All That Jazz!

Teaching kids about money and chores and allowance and saving and giving and all that jazz can be overwhelming. Right?  How much do you give for allowance?  When do you start all this?  What chores do they do? How does it evolve as the kids grow up? What if my kid spends whatever they get?  Here are some tips that have helped our family navigate allowance, extra money, savings, spending, and giving.  We will talk about some easy steps in setting up allowance, and why we have decided to structure it this way for our family.  Ultimately, all of our possessions are a gift from God to use as He sees fit.  We want to train our kids to use their money wisely, and have an attitude of gratitude.
