THIS WEEK: All Things New: Grafted into a “Whatever It Takes” Attitude
People who are grafted into God’s family tree are to be like Jesus; He was both scandalously loving and utterly holy. Our pursuit of Christ-likeness requires us to be militant and intolerant about the sin within us, doing whatever it takes to let Him transform us and renew our minds.
KEY VERSES:
Exodus 20:3-5a (NLT) You must not have any other god but me. You must not make for yourself an idol of any kind or an image of anything in the heavens or on the earth or in the sea. You must not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God who will not tolerate your affection for any other gods.
