#5amMesterScrum Show 639 Live - Its Not About Your Team, Enterprise Coaching Mistake  - Today's topic: (1) So I'm coaching on a trend I was seeing across multiple teams and right away a scrum master said that was about their team and tried explaining.  In my head came the song from Carly Simon "You're so Vain, you probably think this son is about you", but it was not that team.  My mistake was not preping the scrum master enough for group discussion. There is a big difference in enterprise vs. team coaching many don't get. Watch out for the safety and trust hazards
