We've spent some time interviewing several rural candidates for the Iowa House this time we're on the near northeast side of Des Moines with incumbant Ruth Ann Gaines (D-Des Moines). In the opening you'll hear me say that I'm a fan of Mrs. Gaines for several reasons and then launch into a wide ranging interview.
