The Agenda: The high street’s woes are permanent

In the latest episode of The Agenda, Jonathan Seitler QC has a dire prophecy for retail - in his view, the high street's woes are permanent and society has to adapt to a fundamental change for bricks & mortar retailers. However, Belinda Solomon, partner in real estate at Brecher, who acts on behalf of many retail clients, sees grounds for optimism. She may "hate shopping" herself, but she firmly believes the high street is not dead.
