The Fianna Fail MEP Barry Andrews says many EU officials are pessimistic about the ongoing trade talks between the EU and the UK. The Dublin MEP’s comments come as the European Parliament votes on a resolution today calling on the UK to abide by the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement that was signed last October.
