E18: Closing the communication gap

How many times have you asked someone to do something, only to have the result be far off from what you were expecting?  Often times, their response is "Well, I misunderstood or I didn't understand what you meant."  This is easily avoidable by utilizing Closed Loop Communication.  That's the topic of today's podcast.
