How faith and loving yourself are key to getting the courage to be an entrepreneur (with Brigette Heller)

Join me today as I interview Brigette Heller from The Strong and Capable podcast as we talk about mindset and self-talk and the impact it has on your courage to pursue anything big in life, especially starting a business. 

Brigette talks all about her journey of getting a job that felt God sent to feeling emotionally and mentally drained by the job after a few months of working there. We dive into how she worked through all the worry, doubt and fear that came up for her and how she ultimately stepped out in faith and quit her job to pursue her own online business.

• When she knew she wanted to leave her job to be home with her kids and how her faith led her along the way
• Her job felt like a God send but after 6 months, she was not in a good place emotionally and mentally. She learned a number of skills that would later serve her. The financial blessing of the job really clouded her thoughts about whether she “should” quit.

• God may ask you to pivot from a really meaningful role and that can be challenging because the world will impress upon you that if you’ve got a job that’s good and impactful, then you should have honor in that alone.
