Episode 86: Facebook has come under a heavy attack leading it to be shutdown for large portions of the day, coming on the heels of a whistleblower declaring them to be an enemy of democracy. Meanwhile, China continues to threaten Taiwan with repeated incursions of their airspace with little response from this administration as the Taiwanese Foreign Minister declares they are preparing for war. In the second half I cover the basics of Single Sideband (SSB) communications in VHF and UHF, recent history of this being implemented among guerrilla groups, why you might want to strongly consider adding this capability to your arsenal and how to do it.
