In desperate situations Indiana Jones is always asked, “What’s your plan?” And his classic response is, “I’m working on it.” Seat of the pants leadership is probably the only form of authentic leadership, but that doesn’t mean wishful thinking is worth following. You will need to pull the necessary pieces together and put them to work. Moses’ lesson this week is that before we start looking all around us, a search needs to happen inside us.
