In this episode Em takes us through the case of Derek Bentley, a young man who seemed as if the world was against him from an early age. Derek faced many challenges in his short life but also created some for himself. 

This episode will blur the lines between criminal and victim, power and abuse of it and leave us all asking the question was this justice or did the law take things too far given the added evidence?
