We talk about Amphenol Alden's product focus in the medical field and how his personal experience with Alden's connectors gives him unique insight into how important they are to their customers. We talk about the complexity associated with designing and building medical cables and connectors, knowing that someone's life could be saved by their products. We talk about growing up wanting to be a cop or a fireman and how helping people, especially those who may struggle to help themselves, gives him a tremendous sense of personal satisfaction.
