Ep 17 Marriage is a Marathon, Part I

A wise friend told me at my wedding shower, "Marriage is a marathon, not a 50-yard dash!" I may have smiled indulgently at her words and immediately forgot! I was aglow with love and felt like our love could and would conquer all!

I remembered it later and she was right.
