Citizens’ Climate University: Effective Listening (Around the Holidays & Beyond)

During social gatherings, we often see lots of people who have opinions that are different from our own. To help us prepare for those conversations and practice our listening skills join CCL volunteer Chris Hoffman (M.Ed., M.B.A., L.P.C.) in a webinar geared to helping us understand the phases of the communication process, and learn the seven key skills of effective listening.  Effective listening is a foundational skill for more advanced work in communications, including Motivational Interviewing.
