I, Too, Am Qualified: The Face of Age Discrimination

It’s hard to believe that only in their 40s, many Gen Xers are facing age discrimination in their job searches and at work. However, employers that follow this practice are overlooking a vast resource in terms of talent, experience, and knowledge. Dedicated to putting a face to this employment crisis is filmmaker Nancy Fingerhood, who started the “I, Too, Am Qualified” project to raise awareness and encourage companies to rethink their model of the ideal candidate.
