I have not gone back and recorded this meditation as it was entirely improvised and in A Moment.

On this podcast we aim to honour truth and ideally would have spoken the correct name and pronunication. The mistake is only left to, yet again show the world that things aren’t always perfect, we get things wrong and there is an opportunity to love ourselves even in our errors.

Nothing is perfect! And paradoxically, everything is.

The book is No Mud No Lotus by Thich Nhat Hahn.

I improved a speaking meditation based on what I found in the back of the book. I also improvised words at the front of the meditation.

This is a moment of just being and speaking what comes to heart.
