When we’re blindsided by separation, denial can feel like a safe little bubble—a place where we convince ourselves it’s all just a bad dream. It might sound like, “This isn’t really happening,” or “He’ll change his mind.” And for a while, it might even seem comforting. But over time, denial doesn’t protect us—it keeps us from healing.  We dive in to more about that on this episode.
