A Lesson on ”Feminine and Masculine Energy” with Karissa Kouchis

I am beyond excited to share with you the latest episode of Connect Back In where I interview the wonderful Karissa Kouchis, better known as KK! She is a national speaker, corporate trainer, host, entertainment personality and performance strategist with the Tony Robbins companies.

As you can see above, her list of credentials is long, and at such a young age, she has truly accomplished massive success in her career. One would think this would take a lot of pushing, effort, action, and a lot of elements that we would define as 'masculine energy'. However, we learn in this episode that achieving requires both "the doing" and "the being", and 'this being' we're referring to is related feminine energy.
