This is a lot easier said than done! However, learning that our heart is the portal to access the Divine within can assist with receiving love for ourselves from within. The heart chakra is the centre of the chakra system, representing the bridge between our lower human chakras and upper spiritual chakras. The heart can transmute our pain into love.ย ย
