Stonewall Jackson Part 2: “I Was No Longer a Citizen of the United States, I Was a Citizen of Virginia.”

In Part 2 of the 1863 conversation with Stonewall Jackson, he’ll explain how the invasion of his home state of Virginia left him with no other option other than fighting.  

He’ll also share his thoughts about Jefferson Davis as a leader of the southern forces.

And lastly, he’ll speak of the bloodiest battle in American History, Antietam.

Thomas Stonewall Jackson was an extraordinary man that altered history each time he stepped on to the battlefield. The circumstances of his death and the fact that is amputated left arm has its own tombstone are a testament to how important he was to the cause that he ultimately gave his life for.
