As we pursue the best half of our lives, to change and grow, and become our highest selves, we’ve got to become aware of the things that are distracting us. And this is where the principle KEEPING YOUR EYES ON YOUR OWN PAPER and staying in your own lane comes in.  It's so helpful to train our brains.
