Have you ever looked at the journey ahead, and thought "where am I going to get the strength from? How am I going to make it?" The difficulty of the journey prompts the Psalmist to ask "where does my help come from?" As soon as the question is asked, it is immediately answered: "My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heavena nd earth" (v2).

The challenges, difficulties and trials that we face may be different, but the Lord is the same. This Psalm assures us that we can find help in Him, not matter what we face in life.
