The NFL Draft has changed over the years, and Cincinnati Bengals Director of Player Personnel Duke Tobin has witnessed it first hand. With the NFL Draft of 2022 now over, Tobin returns to In The Trenches with Dave Lapham, presented by First Star Logistics in a two-part discussion about the 2022 NFL Draft.

In Part One, Tobin discusses many of the NFL and the NFL Draft changes, along with how his father, Bill Tobin, continues to play a role in the draft. Also discussed how he manages any conflict in the draft, like trading up to select a player who is wanted by the staff and who can claim ownership of a player drafted by the Bengals.
