Dr. Mikki Lake is the founder and managing partner of TitanCor Capital. She is an integrative cardiologist who attended medical school at Emory University School of Medicine, completed her residency at John Hopkins Hospital, and fellowship training at the University of Miami. Dr. Lake has excelled in leadership roles, including a previous position as Medical Director of Noninvasive Cardiology for a multi-system hospital and director of a Women's Heart Program. She is also a real estate investor and professional, having started her journey in real estate with the purchase of a single-family rental property in 2015. Dr. Lake has since been involved in flips and syndications and is now one of the managing partners of TitanCor Capital, which has participated in the acquisition of over $165 million in assets to date.
