17. ‘’Claire & the Kai Eardley Foundation’’. Turning Grief to Help More Boys in suicide prevention

Claire started the Kai-Fella / Kai Eardley Foundation after the passing of one of her sons, Kai. The foundation aims to help boys of all ages have the necessary support to battle mental health issues like anxiety and depression through school programs.

This episode, we hope, can teach us the value and importance of listening, of understanding how different people are, and to also recognize pain.
