There are some priceless actionable tips on this show surrounding the interview process, including: 

• When searching for new contractors, Facebook Jobs works well.  Syd recently paid £10 for an advert, and got over 100 applicants!
  
  
• When receiving so many applicants, the first step of filtration can be brutal.  For example; instruct all applicants to give their email a particular title.  Anyone who doesn't goes straight to trash!  This may sound harsh, but it will save you time interviewing people who aren't able to follow instructions, and don't have an eye for detail.
  
  
• When hiring, here are Syd's Top 3 traits her interview process concentrates on:
  • The applicants attitude & personality.  Is it aligned with hers and her business?
  • Their passion for her business.
  • Are they going to be committed long-term?
